In the morning, in the morning...

Jon and I recently began the habit of singing to each other in the morning. I'm not quite sure why, but somehow waking up to a lovely little ditty is more lovely than the grunt you feel! Our songs goes like this:

"Waking up is hard to do
    .... in the morning, in the morning
Waking up is very hard to do
.... very EARLY in the morning" (we sing it back and forth).

Jon made this up one day, and it has stuck. We sing every other line back and forth. We are also introducing this one:

"Good morning, good morning, good morning,
.... it's time to rise and shine.
Good morning, good morning, good morning,
... I hope you're feeling fine!
It's time to get up, and out of bed,
... it's time to wake up you sleep head
Good morning, good morning, good morning,
... it's time to rise and shine!"

One of us has to be particularly chipper to pull this one off though!
