Gluten Free - for a month

In the pursuit of a happier and healthier Sara, Jonathan has bravely agreed to support her trial of a gluten-free diet.

This marks day 2 of trying a gluten free diet. Why? Every time someone would talk about their symptoms with gluten in their diet, I (sara) would always thinking "Hm, that sounds like me." Finally, I thought I'd at least give it a try, and Jon has nobly agreed!

So far, pretty okay. Turns out I was naturally not cooking with a lot of gluten, and I'm curious if that was me intuitively knowing it didn't make me feel well. For instance, I haven't cooked pasta in a long time, particularly once I discovered the rice cooker.

Also, it is forcing me (aka. us) to eat more un-processed foods, which is ultimately more healthy for us anyway.
