Today I went grocery shopping at Wegmans - turns out that they are the #2 cheapest grocery story after super Wal-mart.
It. was. amazing.
Now, granted, took me forever to get oriented, but the food selection they have is amazing! And a whole section on gluten-free stuff as well. I'm glad we "found" it - we'll see how long this grocery trip lasts us, and then maybe return.
Gluten-free is going fairly well - I feel less "bloated" which is a good thing. Additionally we are learning to read labels, and in the process discovered that our spaghetti had zero ingredients in it that we recognized. Yuck. So, if nothing else, we'll get a good idea of how much processed food we eat, and learn how much of it we can take out!
