On the right you have the list for today. As you can see, there are still a few items left, however we are hoping to get these done tomorrow. And look how many items we got done!
"Wait a minute Sara," the astute reader will think to themselves, "you clearly have 'wake-up' listed and crossed off on the bottom! That's not that hard!"
Astute observation, I reply. I woke up this morning, saw the list, and was immediately overwhelmed. Thinking quickly to abate the rising panic, I wrote down "wake-up" [as that is the only thing I had yet done] and crossed it off. That simple act gave the day a lovely air of accomplishment, which we were able to ride for the rest of the day. And hopefully some into tomorrow!

I have been known to write down things I have ALREADY DONE on my to-do list, just so I have more things to cross off...it is inspiring, you're right.
